Registration is as follows:

$45 for ALL NEW 2026 Players (Includes BCA Sanctioning, Premium FargoRate App, Impact Swag). It is $10 to play on a second team. 

We understand that many of you are registering early so that you can acquire your favorite home location. In order to register early the following things must be in place:

1. READ the Player Guide so you are 100% aware of what you are signing up for.

2. All players on your 2027 team that are currently playing this fall must be up-to-date on the Nightly Fees. As of November 1st when this registration form goes live we are done Week 10. This means each team should have sent in $800 plus all the registrations to be in 'Good Standing'.

3. You must send in a minimum of $180 to payment@impactbilliards.com and state in the E-transfer "REGISTRATION FOR JANUARY 2027 - TEAM NAME" . Even If you only have three confirmed players right now, even if your players are on a second team and their registration is only $10. The funds will be allocated to your nightlies if it is more than you needed for registration. This is the price tag on getting your location during early registration. 

HELPFUL TIPS

1. Do not try to max out your roster right up to the cap. We lock in established Fargos when the Registration closes in January. Avoid putting your team in the position of having to worry about Fargo Caps. 

2. Be aware of your 'preliminary Fargo' players. Preliminary Fargos move a lot at first. 

3. Enter the division appropriate for your team. As time goes by, we are reducing the handicap points in each division. Figure out the average of your team (add all the Fargos and divide by the number of players). Under 320 average - Copper, Under 400 average - Iron. Under 450 average - Bronze, Under 500 average - Silver, Under 567 average - Gold

YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE YOUR FULL TEAM ROSTER IN ORDER TO REGISTER. 

We can help fill out teams, or you can update your roster as the fall progresses. 

Requests for locations are first come, first served and depend on availability.

There are three new cool options for the January Session:

- Binny's Billiards is on the East side of the city convieniently located just off the Henday and Sherwood Park Freeway. They will have brand new 9ft tables professionally installed by Mike W & team.

- Knights Pub will have two Diamond Tables.... working toward having more premium tables in North Edmonton. Let's make use of them!

- Mullets Billiards & Bar is a great space downtown with 8 new Valley Barbox tables and great late night men
