Youth are the future of this Game! Let’s Get them INVOLVED! It is Geometry, Physics, Strategy, Physical Coordination and Mental Stamina. It is also a Safe Lifelong Recreational Activity that is Inclusive and Accessible - Everything our young people need. We need them to keep the Sport Alive!
Impact Billiards is the only Edmonton league that allows Juniors in our regular league play.
CURRENTLY
We have four divisions of play to choose from supporting beginner to expert level players.
Over the years we have had and currently have numerous juniors and young people joining.
Initially, most join with their parents or families but once they get to know all the players, they have been asked to play on other teams with players that are excited about mentorship.
Yes, too young - but very enthusiastic!
THE FUTURE
As more places that allow minors are popping up, we will finally have spaces to host clinics, camps, tournaments and eventually Junior Leagues.
I created this league with the DREAM of being able to support youth and juniors in this beautiful game. We did have a junior division at first when the league was small and table space was ample. But due to lack of spaces available to minors, my dreams were stalled.
Know this. I WILL make it happen. In the meantime, consider joining a regular team. There are lots of teams looking for players and our emphasis on sportsmanship has warranted a warm inclusive environment for all players.

The year we had a Junior Division, we took all that were interested to Red Deer to compete in the BCAPL Westerns. BCAPL always has a Junior event alongside the Amateur and PRO events so it was an incredible experience for everyone to see.
In the last year we have had 2 Juniors in our Gold Division. The young man in this photo is now a force on the tables! At this event he got to play Savanah Easton a Ladies Pro player who is also a Junior!
